Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Navi CoHost ("Navi," "we," "us," or "our") and the cohostnavi.com website and any related software, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not share your account credentials with others. Each host should maintain their own account. Team members (cleaners, co-hosts) can be added with appropriate role-based access.
3. The Service
Navi provides software tools to help short-term rental hosts manage operations across multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Lodgify, direct bookings, and others), including:
- A unified booking calendar
- An inbox with suggested reply drafts you review and approve
- Guest messaging and templates
- Cleaner / team task assignment
- Direct booking and payment infrastructure (when enabled)
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
Free Access Notice
Navi CoHost may offer 30-day free full access so hosts can connect calendars, create a property preview, test direct bookings, and decide which paid features they want to keep. After free access ends, hosts may keep the basic calendar and property preview at no cost.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you put into Navi: property listings, guest data, messages, drafts, and so on ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant Navi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload, store, and process the data you put into Navi. This includes guest personal information - you represent that you have lawful authority to provide guest data to us under your jurisdiction's data protection rules.
5. Email and platform integrations
When you connect a third-party email account (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, or others) or authorize Navi to read iCal feeds, you authorize Navi to:
- Read messages and metadata relevant to your hosting operations
- Send messages on your behalf using the credentials you provide
- Store message bodies, attachments metadata, and conversation history for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Connections settings. Disconnection stops new data collection; previously synced data is retained per our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of email integrations complies with the terms of those third-party services (e.g., Google's Terms of Service, Microsoft's Terms of Service).
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or content that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR consent rules)
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm guests, hosts, or platform staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Navi's systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to coordinate activities that violate the rules of Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or other OTA platforms (e.g., off-platform booking circumvention where prohibited by your OTA contracts)
- Use the Service for any illegal short-term rental activity (e.g., in jurisdictions where STRs are prohibited)
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination, with or without notice.
7. Fees and payment
The Service is currently offered with 30 days of full access, a free basic workspace after that, and optional paid features:
- Always free: basic booking calendar and property preview page.
- Direct booking link: $5/month for a direct booking link and payment setup.
- Full Navi: $19/month for the first property, $9/month per additional property, up to 10 properties total.
- Custom plans for hosts with more than 10 properties - contact support@cohostnavi.com.
Pricing may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing paid customers. Existing subscriptions honor the price you signed up at for the duration of your subscription term unless you change plans.
Payment is processed by Stripe. If you add a payment method and turn on a paid feature, you authorize recurring charges to that payment method until you cancel.
Refunds. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@cohostnavi.com within 30 days and we will review the situation.
Taxes. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. We collect taxes where required by law.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Activity that risks harm to other users, guests, or Navi's systems
- Required by law or regulation
On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule (typically deleted within 90 days). You can export your data before cancellation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
Navi is a software tool to ASSIST hosts. Navi is not your booking agent, your property manager, your legal counsel, or your accountant. You are solely responsible for your guest relationships, your bookings, your tax compliance, your platform-specific rules, and your business operations.
AI-generated draft messages are SUGGESTIONS. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any message before it is sent on your behalf. We are not liable for the content of any message you send through the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navi's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of:
- The total amount you paid Navi in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
- $100 USD.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost revenue, lost bookings, lost guest relationships, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Navi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right (including platform terms, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights)
- The accuracy or legality of Your Content
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Navi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business operations. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service.
"Navi CoHost," the Navi mascot, and related branding are owned by Navi CoHost or its licensors.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
For disputes arising under these Terms, you and Navi agree to first attempt informal resolution by emailing support@cohostnavi.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, the dispute may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
